Operations, Technlogy & Maintenance

Across our operations, 75 colleagues in Production manage the daily sorting of 300 tons of material into 16 distinct fractions, ensuring a consistent flow from unloading to final output. This effort is supported by our Technical department, which maximizes capacity and minimizes downtime through preventive maintenance and continuous process optimization. Providing the framework for these activities, our Logistics and HSEQ teams oversee efficient scheduling and a rigorous safety culture, ensuring every task is performed within a secure, high-performing environment.
Our Administration & Sales Team

Our Administration team (Finance, HR, and Bookkeeping) provides the essential structure for our operations, ensuring every mechanical movement is backed by accurate data, settled invoices, and employee support.
